We update our products and prices occasionally, these products may be incorrectly priced. In an unfortunate event, where a pricing error has occurred, Woodies Fancy Dress has the right to suspend your order and contact you to ask if you wish to continue the transaction at the correct price. The majority of our products are either stocked in our warehouse or in the Camden store. However, the products displayed on our website are subject to availability and there may be limited quantities at times. Every effort is made to reproduce colours on the site as accurately as possible. Different computers reproduce colours in slightly different ways and so exact colour matches are not possible over the Internet. ORDERING

You may place an order by using www.woodiesfancydress.co.uk, by telephone or in person in our shop. Any acknowledgement or response by Woodies Fancy Dress or a representative of Woodies Fancy Dress with a receipt of an order placed by you does not mean we have accepted your order. The acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between You and Woodies Fancy Dress will take place when We despatch to You the complete order, or part of the order due to certain circumstances involved which We have informed You of, unless We have told You that We have not accepted the order or You have cancelled the order.

We offer several payment options which will be indicated on our Payments that We Accept page, please follow this page to view the payments options.

With Credit/Debit cards we will validate your card before accepting an order. We will not accept your order if your card is declined at any stage during the processing of your order. We will try to contact you if your card is declined but we can not guarantee any communication.

With all payments, we will wait until funds have cleared before despatching of any order. We are not responsible for any delay in clearing times.

You have the right to cancel an order which you have made as long we have not already despatched the order. If we have already despatched the order please refer to our Returns Policy. If the order has been processed for shipping, we hold the right to not refund the Postage and Packaging charges.

You may cancel an order in person, by telephone or by email. By the nature of our operation and volume of emails we receive, we recommend you cancel an order by telephone. Please note we usually process orders on the next working day from 8:00am and your communication may reach us after we have processed your order. When contacting us please be clear and quote your Username, Address Details and Order Number to help us cancel the correct order.

In the unlikely event, that one of the products in your order is unavailable, out of stock or any other reason beyond our control, we cannot complete the order, and we will contact you at the earliest point to discuss the issue with you.

DELIVERY

Orders are normally despatched with in 24 hours of acceptance. Although during weekends, bank holidays and busy periods we can not guarantee this. The time of your delivery for your order varies according to the delivery method you have chosen. We have no control of the order once we have despatched the goods. We cannot guarantee delivery will arrive at the specified time stated, due to these are for guide use only. Added to this we are not held responsible for late deliveries.  

We try our best to deliver your order in one instalment. In certain circumstances we may have to despatch your orders in a number of instalments, each dispatch is a separate contract and is not connected to any other dispatch, added to this you will not be charged extra shipping fees.

This Contract is deemed to have been made in England and is governed by English Law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts as regards any claim, dispute or matter arising out of or relating to this Contract.
